Started off the day with a 3km run then got right into pelvic floor exercises to protect my lower back and uterus. Did you know that strengthening your pelvic floor can help with endometriosis & adenomyosis pain ? I do them all the time as I suffer from very painful monthlies.
I then went to pick up a burrito bowl and ended the day with working on my script for tomorrow’s podcast.
