Balancing back-to-back workouts, practicing art, and admin work as a digital entrepreneur can be challenging, but it’s not impossible. I’m trying to remember to be realistic and to listen to my body by taking breaks when needed.
My day started early with 2 back-to-back classes at the gym, followed by a big breakfast and a tonne of admin work. I started a new painting but I will finish it tomorrow.
