March Vibes ’25
The revolution will absolutely be styled. March came in like a battle cry, wrapped in leather jackets, protest signs, and unshakable femme power.
This moodboard had teeth. It leaned heavy into vintage New York—graffiti walls, megaphones, velvet fists raised high. Think Assata, Angela, Bell Hooks. Think Black Lives Matter posters layered over 1970s rebellion.
It was deeply political but still deeply me. I see style as defiance. Big round afros, t-shirts that say “The Future is Female” with their whole chest, standing in your truth as your life depended on it.
The vibe? Badass and necessary = Badessary (idunno it’s a work in progress). A revolt against the systems trying to dull our brilliance. Because when the world says “quiet down,” we paint it red and dance louder.
March reminded me: I’m not soft because I survived the fire and brought flowers.
